Description

Calvary Logos' Youth Retreat 2019 will be held between April 27 and 28 in Cedar Lodge at Salvation Army Jackson's Point Conference Center.

It is within an hour drive from Markham. The address is 890 Metro Road North, Jacksons Point, ON, L0E 1L0.

The cost will be $112 per person. If someone is offering you a ride other than your parents, please prepare $5 extra for the driver.

We will meet at Jackson's Point Conference Center on Saturday April 27 at 9 am, then leave the site on Sunday April 28 by 2 pm. So we will arrive at Sir John A. McDonald around 3 pm. Youth may continue to volunteer at Awana at 3 pm, or parents may bring them home.

By registering here, you are agreed to observe and abide to the rules and policies set by the governing body of Calvary Logos Baptist Church. If you are under 18 before the first day of the retreat, parent/guardian's acknowledgement and consent is necessary.

I give permission to my child to participate in the Youth Retreat organized by Calvary Logos Baptist Church (CLBC) and I agree that in the event of an accident or injury, CLBC, its staff, coaches and volunteers (including drivers) are hereby released from any liability. I also agree that in the event that my child conducts him/herself in a manner that is disruptive will receive appropriate warnings; yet if there is no improvement parents will be contacted. I understand, accept and agree that as a condition of my child’s participation in any activity organized by CLBC that I will truly save, defend and fully indemnify the said Church from and against all manner of actions, suits, claims and demands which may be brought against or made upon it and against all loss, cost damages or other expenses which it may sustain, suffer, incur or be liable for as a result of my child’s participation at the retreat.
